936 SE Ankeny is a 2,640 square foot single-tenant building with approximately 6 on-site parking spaces.  Built in 1965, this building was renovated in 2019 and is now 100% occupied.

BCH owns and manages a collection of 5 vacant lots immediately West of the 975 SE Sandy Blvd property.   While our current plan is to make these lots available for monthly parking, our future plans may involve the development of retail or office uses on these lots.
